This April, Singapore’s highest gastronomic destination, Stellar at 1-Altitude, presents 4 Hands Kitchen at Stellar at 1-Altitude in partnership with Citibank and Sphere Exhibits. The latest cross-border culinary collaboration will feature two acclaimed culinary maestros, Executive Chef at Stellar at 1-Altitude, Christopher Millar and Two-hat Chef, Scott Pickett, chef-owner of renowned restaurants in Melbourne – Saint Crispin and Estelle; as they demonstrate the mastery of Australia’s finest ingredients in a gourmet experience not to be missed.

 

 

4 Hands Kitchen at Stellar at 1-Altitude will also feature an exclusive Meet Your Farmer experience on the opening night on Monday, 23 April 2018.  The Meet Your Farmer experience will see five esteemed Tajima Wagyu Farmers and producers from Australia’s premier salt company, Olsson’s Sea Salt, showcasing a selection of first-rate fresh produce from Australia at a complimentary one-night only Butchery Master Class, starting at 6.00pm.
